ifunds germany acquires FRI Fundraising Institut GmbH

ifunds germany acquired the database activities of FRI Fundraising Institut GmbH. During 2010 all the FRI customers have been migrated to the software of ifunds. All customers are fundraising organizations like the diocese of Aachen or the WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals).

Since more than 10 years the FRI Fundraising Institut GmbH provides a wide range of fundraising-services with a focus on database fundraising. This included ASP and related service offerings. During the year 2010 the Fundraising Institut exchanged the software underlying its ASP service by the trendsetting software raise-it of ifunds. By now ifunds provides the ASP service to these customers.

For the future ifunds germany and FRI Fundraising Institut plan to cooperate intensively particularly in the areas of training in database fundraising, fundraising consulting and analyses.

With this acquisition ifunds germany strengthens its position in the market for software and services for charities in Germany.
